About the Conference
The Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata, in partnership with Smart Society, USA, is set to host the inaugural International Conference on Industrial Engineering & Mechanical Power (IEMPOWER 2025).

Formatting
Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit full-text papers that include results, tables, figures, and references. Full-text papers in .pdf or .doc format will be accepted through the Electronic Submission System.
All submitted articles must present original, previously unpublished research findings, whether experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference must meet these criteria and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Manuscripts should adhere to the Conference's formatting guidelines and will be subject to both review and editing.

How to Register?
Final submissions can only be uploaded with regular registration, and at least one author of each paper must register at the regular rate.
- • This fee applies only to a single author from each paper who will present it at the conference venue. If more than one author is attending, additional registration fees must be paid.
- • If an author has more than one accepted paper, each paper must also be registered.
- • Payment Methods: NEFT/RTGS/Net transfer (No credit card payment method).
- • Please ensure to mention the Paper ID in the Funds Transfer Application Payment Details for Paper Registration.
- • After registration, take a screenshot of the NEFT/RTGS/Net transfer and email it to iempower@iem.edu.in along with the Paper ID and paper title.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds can be provided on the registration fee upon cancellation. Once submitted, papers cannot be withdrawn.
